Pigeon Toilets

Google's PigeonRank^TM algorithm may be an April Fool's, but Japan's largest toilet manufacturer certainly isn't kidding us around with features such as adjustable temperatures for the water-wash function, fake flushing sound, a blow dryer, heated seat, automatic seat lifter (male and female,) and of course.. a remote control.
